All,
We've deployed an updated site with some slight UI changes today, and some pretty significant infrastructure enhancements. The site may continue to see intermittent errors as we iron out the kinks, but we appear to be through the worst of it.
As they say, in theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.
Thanks for your patience,

of course, I remove the check in 'settings' but next time it is there again
Just like the 'Country' setting is ignored, and everyone just gets the Stars & Gripes ?
I think restoring the search engine should be a high priority as there is much said and many 'solutions'/'problems' about xyz noted in these forums.
But I'm sure they (Keil) is working hard to fix it all asap.
And yes, the auto-SENDMESOMEEMAIL is annoying.

Guys,
Restoring the search engine is at the top of my list, and I'm working on it as we speak. (Well, as soon as I'm done typing this message). Thanks again for your patience.
We're integrating two very diverse web platforms - ASP and ASP.NET, which is, as you can see, causing some growing pains.
The Keil website consists of over 350,000 lines of code, which has been created over the past 15 years. Unfortunately, classic ASP is for all intents and purposes a dead technology, and we're moving into .NET. This will ultimately result in improved performance and reliability (despite all evidence to the contrary), but these initial weeks are challenging as we forge into new territory.
Again, thank you all for your patience. If you have any concerns, complaints or suggestions, feel free to email me directly at david.lively@arm.com.
Site search should be working now. Please post here or email me if you see any other issues.
