Which software to use for Atmel AT89S8252

Hey,

which software should i use for At89S8252?
and how can i write a simple code into the chip? it just should give me back the clock at one of the ouptuts...

  • i have the software uvision4. is this one correct?
    yes, if you have the full (paid for) version. and a '51 (not ARM ot '167 version)

    if not the "freeloader protection" in the eval makes it impossible to use it for chips with less than 4k code memory (after all if the eval could be used as well as the full Keil would go bankrupt).
