I am trying to use a J-link EDU debugger pod to interface to an ST Micro STM32F chip. When I try to load the compile project onto my target, I get the error "No ULINK Device Found".
I am using the evaluation version of uVision 4. When I configure the debug interface via the project options, I have the "Cortex-M/ R J-LINK/J-Trace" option selected, and the settings dialog seems to interact with the J-Link pod just fine. And the "use" radio button next to it is selected.
I've updated the DLL's by copying over the JLinkARM.dll from SEGGER's driver package v4.14c, but that doesn't fix the problem. I am using the STM3210E-EVAL target board. The same JTAG pod, driver, board, and code base work with the latest version of IAR Workbench.
And of course, I figured it out 3 minutes after I decided to post. I didn't realize that I also had to set it to use the J-link in the 'Utilities' tab as well. Debug appears to be working now. Great!
*smile*
If you have any other problems with JLink please let us know!
