How to load an image file to LPC2368 (ARM7) kit??????
Your serious lack of information in your post.
Subject missing. Processor board missing. Used tools missing. File format of the image file missing.
Depending on tools, kit, ... you might transfer you firmware using USB, Ethernet, RS232 - all having different methods, and the methods affected by which board you bought - or if you designed your own board.
The Keil tools comes with documentation that tells how to use them for transfer.
Most evaluation boards comes with documentation how to get new programs into them.
If you get Flash Magic, it has its own documentation how to transfer data to the processor, but leaving it up to you to adapt that information for your specific hardware - what buttons to press, straps to move or solder pads to short.
