Hi Everybody,
I've a DS89C450 uC, but i'm not able to program at it. I found some circuits, but all use serial interfacing. And i don't have a serial port Smile Do you know a way around this? I know I can buy a usb to serial convertor, but since usb has 2 I/O en the uC uses only Tx/Rx i'm sure there is a way connecting it directly to my usb port.
Thanks!!

No.
If you want something that you can "just use", then you need to buy a ready-made adaptor.
For connecting direct to the micro, you can buy modules and cables that give a logic-level (3V or 5V) output - you don't have to go via RS232.
eg, see apple.clickandbuild.com/.../ftdichip
If you want to make your own, then you are going to have to spend time studying the documentation for the chip(s), understanding it, and then designing it in
