Which tool can convert *.mcs(MOTO) to *.hex(Intel) or *.bin?

If anyone know how to convert *.mcs to *.hex files,which tool can do that? Anyone has the file format of Motorola *.mcs, while not *.mcs on Xilinx cpld ?
