The "bible" is name for a set of manuals that fully describe the operation of the 8051 family. Suggest that you do a search on this forum for "bible" without the quotes. This will give you links to several source for these manuals. Bradford
this makes no sense, how about posting in english
"it must be code in source and with proper comments ending in ;"
Exactly why must the comments end in ";"?
That would basically mean that I have probably never written a proper comment in my whole life...
Now, why do your request sound so extremely much like a school assignment?
"3 / 7"
Exactly what result is the above expected to give? That is a critical issue when looking for code to perform division.
Should it produce a floating point answer?
Should it produce a fixed point answer?
Integer quotient?
Integer quotient with remainder?
Something else?
And is there any special needs to the maximum size of supported numbers?
Any special needs for precision?
Prioritize speed or code size or data size?
Or is the only real requirement source code with proper comments ending with ";"?
In Keil C? Or you looking for ASM?
