Device signature mismatch in MCB2300

Hi we are facing problem while erasing the flash using serial port in MCB2300.

Flash Magic version is 3.59.227
Jumpers J10: ON
Jumpers J13: OFF
Jumpers J4: ON

any a operation of the follows gets the same
error of "operation failed. failed to autobaud-step1"

click "ISP/Read Security"
click "ISP/Read Device Signature"
click "Start"
