CAN BUS + RTX

Hello,
I have to use an RTX OS on a STM32, But I must use the STM32 LIBRARY.

After i configured my clocks whith the STM32 LIB functions, the debugg display said that my clock is disable.

PS : My programme is stable if i don't use the OS.

Is it possible to configure the clock of the Bus with STM32 Lib functions ?
