Use Silab USB Adapter to program and debug STM32?

Hi!

Sorry for this question but I'm migrating from C8051FXXX to STM32XXX. I'm using the Silabs USB Adapter to program and debug microcontrollers and see that this device it's a JTAG device plus C2 interface. Can I use this JTAG to program and debug STM32 devices? I plan to buy and specialized programar/debuger, but now I need to try the plataform withouth buy anything else, my budget it's empty. THANKS IN ADVANCE
