Tracing the IP address of the board

sir,actually i have connected the LPC2378 Evaluation board to the SYSTEM.I have pinged with the following IP address

192.168.4.92

but reply from the board is not coming.so,sir reply is based on the IP address of the System?

so can you please give me the IP address which the system has to be set.
