Editor Questions

Hi,
I have two questions about the editor:

1) How can I save the windows position in a multi monitor setup (splitting windows). They all go back to default half way across the one screen.

2) My mouse wheel does not move smoothly when scrolling. Only when I spin it fast does it react. And yes, I have the lastest drivers and software and have run it on two different PC with different mice.
