Getting Started Help

Hi,
I got MCB2300 Eval Board. Someone please give me jump start to make examples running.
1. I installed LPC2000 Development Tools/RealView MDK (Eval Tools)
2. I have ULINK2 and Power cable linked to the Board.
3. The board displays - MCB2300 DEMO
4. When I start Keil uVision3 every time, it triggers an Just-In-Time Visual Studio Debugger Popup Error.
5. I had to click no.
6. uVision runs anyway.
7. Then I open a project under MCB2300 board, and run.
8. I got R003: Security Key Not Found/Run in EVal Mode Popup.
9. I clicked OK. I guess it's in Eval Mode.
10. In the uVisionProject, I selected Mode to MCB2300
11. Start Run Debug. It fails. ULINK-ARM Error.
12. Can anyone point out anything wrong? and How to make examples run?
13. I tried all examples. None of them is working.
