I would surely purchase a book authored by you!
Maybe your company could sponsor your book such as HiTek sponsors their manuals.
I'm guessing that you work for SiLabs because of your detailed knowledge of their products.
It would be a great sales pitch with your USB knowledge and many examples from the SiLabs product line.
I don't mean to put you on the defensive about SiLabs because I'm just guessing.

You should write a book about USB specifically in MCUs.
I know there are some good books about General USB, like: "USB Complete". But I think that your knowledge and excellent communication skills could produce a really good book.
