Issue with ULINK2 while connecting to target(XC167/xc2000)

Hi,

We have a problem while connecting ULINK2 debugger with target board which has infineon processor ( xc167/xc2000). We have few target boards with above processor and few ULINK2 debugger. All the ULINKs doesnt work with all our target boards.

For eg, ULINK no 1 if it works with Target Board 1, it doesnt work with Target board 2. Similarly ULINK no 2, works fine with Target board 2 but doesnt work with Target board 1. This is strange for us.

Please could any one provide solution or clue to above problem. Please let us know if you need further information about this issue.
