--- Error: failed to execute 'arm-uclibc-gcc'

I have found following error w+hen i try to compile the program for LPC 2138. Plz anyone help me. Alsa tell me about what should i add in the "Tool" configuration file to w+ork with ARM LPC 2138 product. There is no command telling abt the path of ARM folder.
Plz help me............
