i experient that keil v4 not supporting to debug the new XE167 series. All the peripheral shown is the old C167. Keil please release new version to support XE167.
Keil's Supported devices clearly states that the XE167 is supported by the default drivers of the -166 and most peripheral simulation is NOT supported. You need to address your post to Keil Support. The OPs of this forum are not Keil employed but just Keil Tool users just like yourself. Bradford
