Hi,

I am new to AVR micro controller. Did the keil compiler support ATMega32 (8 bit ) controller. Very urgent. Please help me out..

There is also a 32-bit AVR - but, again, not supported by Keil.

Atmel's AVR pages on their website will tell you what tools and other support are available...
