uVision3+ ULINK cannot program devices

Hello,

I'm using uVision3 (V3.05b) and ULINK to develop programs for XC164CM. There is a problem with downloading programs.

First of all, 'ULINK' could not be found in 'Options for Target -> Debug' and in 'Options for Target -> Utilities'. The three available interfaces are 'OCDS Driver for XC16x', 'Keil Minitor-166 Driver' and 'OCDS Driver for C16xU/H/UTAH', so I have to choose 'OCDS Driver for XC16x'. In 'Options for Target -> Utilities' there are two On-Chip algorithms available: 'XC16x-16F On-Chip Flash' and 'XC16x-32F On-Chip Flash', so I choose 'XC16x-16F On-Chip Flash'.

The real problem is, with the button 'Load' the XC164CM can be erased but cannot be programmed with this error: Flash Download failed.

Has someone the similar problem?

Thanks
Senmeis
