Every time i try to download the code to my device i get this error and it will not allow me to go further. I was wondering what the problem could be. I need quick response as it is holding up a multimillion production run.

A multimillion dollar project starts with some developers developing the product. They obviously do know how to program the chip.
Unless the multimillion dollar production is of a stolen design, in which case the items shouldn't be produced in the first place.
