Every time i try to download the code to my device i get this error and it will not allow me to go further. I was wondering what the problem could be. I need quick response as it is holding up a multimillion production run.

Well, if you have the system in front of you, and can't begin to work that out, how on earth do you expect anyone else who knows nothing about you or your system to know - based soley on the information that you have provided?!
That's like calling a garage that you've never visited before and saying, "my car's not working - what's wrong with it?"

Have you contacted Keil support, and/or your distributor?

You mean you're embarking on a "multimillion production run" without first having verified that you can program the chips?!
