uVision4 Bug: Hotkey "ALT" inserts "?" character into editor

Hi Keil people!

This is certainly some kind of bug report, but I think other KEIL uVision4 users may be interested in the workaround as well.

I recently updated to MDK ARM 4.11 (uVision V4.03q)

I discovered a strange behaviour with the "ALT" Hotkey and the arrow keys.
For example:
When you navigate through multiple openend source files via "ALT" + "LEFT ARROR" or "Right ARROW" keys
the IDE inserts the character "?" into the editor file as soon as you release the ALT key again.

Now I always habe to delete the extra "?" character.
It is quite annoying since I use this hotkeys very often for quick forward and backwards navigation in my files.

As workaround I redefined the hotkeys for quick back and forward navigation to "CTRL" + "ARROR KEYS".
But I still work with uVision3 and with Micrsoft Studio, where this Hotkeys are default used with "ALT" and it would be nice to use the ALT key again.
