Running PWM while debugging

Hi Guys,

I'm using a LM3S6950 ARM Cortex in combination with a Segger J-Link Debugger and Keil MDK for ARM (uVision 4).

Is it possible to let the PWM running while debugging? I need it, because I use it for a step-up for a display backlight.
