"Implement on" is very different from "Interface to"
I think you need to explain precisely what it is that you have actually designed...
It sounds more like a software media player written in ARM assembler, and a request how to port this code base to make different ARM-based platforms use the media player.
An excellent way to make the clock ticking without receiving good answers is to write a help request with too little information to enable people to understand exactly what the problem is, and in what direction a possible solution is expected to be aimed.
