hi i m making project using DS5000. I want to know how to partition data & code memory using 'C' language of KEIL. And after partition, how to write at data memory location using C language instuction within the program itelf. I also want to know how to read SFRs.
What "DS5000" are you talking about?
Do you mean the Dallas Semiconductor DS5000? http://www.keil.com/dd/chip/3386.htm
If you do, then it's an 8051 architecture - not "DS-5" !

For chip-specific details, have you looked at the Datasheet and other support materials from the Manufacturer's website?
