Flash-programmin an AT91SAM9260 delayed since update

Hi,
since I updated µVision to the latest version, the programming of an AT91SAM9260 (dataflash on CS1) is delayed.
Before the progress bar of "Erase" starts changing, the screen freezes for about 30 seconds. After this time, the programming is a fast as before.

I already made a clean new installation, but the "problem" still appears.
