The example program of STR751 have error when run simulating

I open the project at \Keil\ARM\Examples\ST\STR75xLib\GPIO

And changed the device to be STR751FR2, bulit the project and start debug session with simulator. And then have error message like this

*** error 65: access violation at 0x60000020 : no 'read' permission

The same thing will happen when I choose STR752 and STR755
