HOW TO TEST AD7829 WITHOUT INTERFACING WITH MCU??

i am doing a project where i need to interface AD7829 with AT89s52 to read different output voltages of an operational amplifier. i want to test ADC without connecting it with MCU.. i am little ambigous about reading the output of ADC as i cant even put LED's at the 8 data pins because ADC ouput current is not enough to drive the LED into conduction(as per the datasheet). please give your valuable suggestions.
