I don't arrive to configure the register EMC_STA_CFG0 = ; EMC_STA_WAITWEN0 = ; EMC_STA_WAITOEN0 = ; EMC_STA_WAITRD0 = ; EMC_STA_WAITPAGE0 = ; EMC_STA_WAITWR0 = ; EMC_STA_WAITTURN0 = ;

Please take a look at MDK installation folder in C:\Keil\ARM\Boards\Keil\MCB2400\Blinky\ and this is an example for LPC2468 also with scripts for external memory.
