Program NANDFlash using KEIL ulink2 on AT91SAM9260

Hi,
hi have to program a NANDFlash (K9F2G08U0A) on a board with an AT91SAM9260 using the ulink2 JTAG debugger.

Is this possible?
How is it done in principle?
