how do dump hex file into 8051 using keil

Hi all

I have one doubt ,regarding dumping hex file into 8051.

I have seen in Keil compiler,one flash option is avaiable.

Using that option how can i dump the hex file into 8051.

Please help me.

I have complete the project as soon as possible
