LPC2148 Debugging mode

Hi everybody,

I am working on LPC2148. We designed our own JTAG board for our development board by taking reference from
www.techtoys.com.hk/.../ARM JTAG DIY.htm

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the PDF from that site. But I have failed when i clicked CHECK in H-Flasher and the error message is "Error: cant halt target and make it enter DEBUG state".

Please help me out.
