Fatal error L250: Code size limit in restricted version exceeded

Hello everyone,

I am working with uVision3 and I'm trying to compile a Infineon XC167.

I used to work with an eval version, but I bought the full version when my code began becoming larger and larger. Even I have a full version I get *** FATAL ERROR L250: CODE SIZE LIMIT IN RESTRICTED VERSION EXCEEDED. Does it make any sense?

I have checked File - License Managment and I still have some months before PK166 Prof. Developers Kit gets expired.
