cannot enter debug mode- LM3s9b95 eval board

Hello,

Everytime when i try to program a cortex M device from luminary (eval board-LM 3s9b95), i get the error "Cannot enter debug mode".

Iam only using the example program that i got with the eval board. It was working properly earlier. I dont know why it doesnt work now.

I could download code to an ARM7TDMI device(another eval board)using same debugger-ULINK2.

I use Keil IDE and RLARM

Why do i get this problem? Any ideas?
