problem with programming P89LPC952

Hi, I am new on this forum and stuck with a problem.

I use my own ICP circuit and ICP software for programming LPC900 series controllers. This works fine for LPC901 and LPC903 and LPC915 and LPC917. But for some reason it does not work for the LPC952.

I can read and write the flash registers, and program the code succesfully, but it won't run. The test program is in assembly, only a few lines, making some pins high and low in a loop.
Does anyone have an idea what could go wrong ?
Do I need a different assembler or linker for the LPC952 ?
