Hi, I am working on STR912Fw44 based board that is from OLIMAX board no STR-E912 (red colour) I have configured UART0 for GAM modem interface when I debug I get the response but when I connect the modem to the uart 0 it gives Timeout error dos the board have any problem or what may be the problem

What is a "GAM modem"?
Do you mean "GSM"?
How have you configured it? How are you sure that the configuration is correct?

What do you mean by that - what response? from where? How are you "debugging"?

What, exactly, gives the "timeout error"?

For specific problems about specific products, you should ask the manufacturer - ie, Olimex in this case.
Or, provide a link giving full details of the board - and you would also need to give full details of your setup
