  • "board that is from OLIMAX board no STR-E912 (red colour)"

    Do you mean "Olimex" ?

"I have configured UART0 for GAM modem interface"

    What is a "GAM modem"?

    Do you mean "GSM"?

How have you configured it? How are you sure that the configuration is correct?

"when I debug I get the response"

What do you mean by that - what response? from where?
    How are you "debugging"?

"when I connect the modem to the uart 0 it gives Timeout error"

What, exactly, gives the "timeout error"?

"does the board have any problem"

For specific problems about specific products, you should ask the manufacturer - ie, Olimex in this case.

Or, provide a link giving full details of the board - and you would also need to give full details of your setup

    "what may be the problem"

It is impossible to say from the confused and incomplete information that you have provided!
