How to use MS VSS 6.0 with uVision3 V3.53, C51 V8.06

I am trying to configure uVision to work with MS VSS 6.0, I have chosen template microsoft visual sourcesafe6. but when i try to check in files it opens up command window and hangs there.

Please advice.
