Hi, I'm using UV3 also UV4 with ARM7 (LPC2368/2478) with ULINK2 (Jtag). Everything works fine and I have the ability to debug the On-Board CPU. I try to connect to LPC3250. It works (I Can program code and run) but The periperals menu is empty and I can't debug the LPC3250.
In the 'Target-Debug-Setting' the 'Jtag Device Chain' has: 0x1b900f0f - Unknown JTAG Device 0x17900f0f - ARM926EJ-S Core
Maybe the 'Unknown JTAG' is the problem - But how to solve it?

Do you have other devices on this JTAG chain -- perhaps a CPLD?
Also -- I don't know if Keil uVision supports the LPC3250 peripherals yet... this might be coming in a future release, you could take a look at their release notes for the past several versions and see if there is any mention of the LPC3250.

I'm afraid you're misinterpreting the information on the web site. What those individual sections contain is the description of what those peripherals' simulation would be, if they were already similated (content doubtlessly taken from work-in-progress documents or copied other from other, similar devices). But the top page quite clearly states that they're not.
