Just a simple question, I can't seem to find the STM32F10x Software Library Users Manual which should be available after installation, on the uVision Project Workspace - Books tab, but it Isn't there.
If you have an idea were I can find it please reply, thanks.

No - it's not on mine, either!
In fact, neither is the device datasheet & reference manual.
But you can always download them direct from ST:
www.st.com/modules.php
(in fact, I think it's always best to go direct to the original source, rather than rely upon 3rd parties like Keil)
