Olimex board starter help

I purchased a SAM9-L9260 ARM 9 board from Olimex. But there was no CD, no printed manuals etc. I don't know where to satrt.
I want to load some version of embedded linux onto the board and do some simple I/O. Even blinking a couple of external LEDs will be a good start.
Can someone help me start with this board ?
(1) Does the board come with Linux loaded ? If not, how to flash Linux into the board ? Which version of Linux, and where can I get it?
(2) Where can I get a C cross compiler for this board ? My OS is Windows XP.
(3) Does the board have a boot loader ? How to connect to the board and load my programs ?
(4) Where can I get a schematic of the board ? Only then I would know which pins to turn on/off to blink the LEDs.
Thanks,
Rajaraman
