Assalam ALikum.... i m the student of engineering university and i m doing the courses of microcontroller. i wanna make the programmer of 89C51 for this semester as well as this programmer will help me in my final year project because my final year project is microcontroller based... kindly send me the schematic, components name and the driver of this programmer. i will be very thankful to you.... Thank you Regards Mohammad Furqan
wa alaikum assalam, I don't think anybody here can offer you such a turn-key solution. besides, its your project. would you not feel a lot better if you did it yourself?
But Tamir: Without this programmer, how will he be able to ask for a pre-compiled hex file for is final year project, if he can't get the program into the processor?
If course this pre-planning needs all help he can get.
Who knows: The final year project may actually be the building of this programmer?
there is no such thing as "schematic of programmer" whereas you possibly can get "schematic of programmer for chip brand xxx type yyy"
Erik
well u r telling right and so for i have done work for the programmer of 89S51 with atmel's schematic, but it is not working thats why i send the thread for the programmer of 89C51... regards Mohammad Furqan
thank you...
well my dear eric malund i have already told about the model of controller and i think u didnt read my first thread.... first read it properly...
Now, I'm confused. Where you going to program a 89C51 or 89S51 family chip? Or both?
By the way: Besides AT89C51, there are a number of chips with that prefix, such as AT89C51CC03 AT89C51ED2, AT89C51IC2, AT89C51RC, AT89C51SND1, ...
i want a programmer which can programe a controller either it is 89S51 or 89C51....
Either as in you need to be able to program both chip types, or either as in it is enough if the programmer can handle one or the other?
there STILL is no 'AT' 'T' or 'P' or whatever in what the OP states he wants to program.
to the OP a NXP 89C51 programs differently from an Atmel 89C51 different from an infineon 89C51 different from ...
so, cut the snide remark "I already told you which chip, you did not read"
i think u didnt read my first thread.... first read it properly... evidently this was not addressed to me but to micro (u)
it will be enough if it will handle any one of them...
well dear this is under stood that most of the student work on the atmel microcontroller so it will be AT... now did u understand???
There are no such simple rule. What may be common at your university isn't universally common - or known - in the rest of the world or oustide the school sphere.
And another thing: even less common choices are regularly made. So one chip being more common than another can not be used as proof when figuring out which chip was actually used.
The responsibility always lies on _you_ to always supply correct and precise information. Whenever you assume that a fact is known, and skip supplying that fact, _you_ run the risk of getting an incorrect answer. Never ever point at other people on a forum and assume that they should have understood something. You either supply the information or face the consequences.
Per Westermark... i was not telling it to u... i was telling to the erik malund...well can u help me in making the programmer... basically i want to make project with controller it can be any microcontroller i dont care but the thing is the programmer of any microcontroller(AT89S51 or AT89C51)... can u pls help me out?
