unable to select "target driver"

Hello,
I'v installed an evalutation version of uVision. (details below)
Now when I open a project and open the "debug" tab in the "options for target" dialog, I can select the ULink as debugger. When I open the settings screen for the debugger, I see that the Ulink and my target CPU are detected correctly.

When I want to setup the flash algorithm in the "utilities" dialog, I select "Use target driver for flash programming".

But then I can't select the ULink in the dropdownlist. In fact, the list is completely empty.

Can someone tell me how this is possible, since everything seems to be installed correctly.

Kind regards,
Sander Wiggers
