why the keil can not generate .elf file using winarm compiler

I want to compile a project using winarm ,and it generate hex file as expected,but when i want to load it into the at91sam7s256'flash,an error named"can not load file elf and I also can not find the elf file in the project dir.So what should i do to debug it using ulink1?

    Oh,The problem still scrath me.
    The output window say it generate an hex file,but it does not exsit in the project dir actually.I've replaced the versions of winarm from Martin Thomas,but still can not solve it.May be i should wait the keil to release a new version of realview.
