I just wanna know if keil uvision3 supports windows vista or not.
I'm using Atmel 89c52.

Yes, you are safe.
The Windows Vista runs perfectly on uVision3; even better when using the 89c52.
But don't try running Linux tho. [unless you use the ARMv7]
