LPC JTAG with Xilinx

I try to connect the ARM LPC2378 with
an XILINX FPGA in one chain.

But I have no luck.

the Xilinx tool work but the ULINK dit not.

I can't config the Realview DEBUG settings.
On Manual Configuration Realview ignors the input
target name and IR Len.

The Xilinx adds 32bit after the ARM I cant set ist in realview.

have anyone a workaround or other settings.
