QEI on MCB2900

Hi I got a mcb2900 board with NXP LPC2919 inside

I start to investigate about the QEI (Quadrature Encoder Interface) of LPC2919
But I found out that inside lpc29xx.h there isn't any definitions for it.

And when I try to write the the QEICON (addr : 0xE00C9000), system hang with DAbot (data abort) exception

Anyone try QEI module of LPC2919 yet?
Please give me some help
