Hi, I want to do an embedded web server with LPC2138 and ENC28J60 ethernet controller.I need a driver and TCP/IP stack for this,so anybody pls guide me.

I don't fully understand what you mean, but let me remind you that you have admitted in another thread that you are a beginner. nothing wrong with that, of course, so how come you make this fantastic statement when you know you are not qualified to make it? I would not say stupidity... lack of knowledge does not indicate stupidity. however, making baseless statements when you are out of your league does, maybe. so instead of asking me to be quite (thank you for that, kindly ignored as you can see), try to help yourself by studying a subject thoroughly before you start insulting other people. it is everybody's gain!
