configure RTRT

First let me introduce myself. I'm H.AISEIR I am a student engineer in embedded software 24 year old.
Currently I'm to do my memory in unit test with the RTRT IBM.
So, I have a problem of how to configure RTRT to communicate with a target. and I like to know the steps to configure RTRT
