how can i convert interger value into float....n also i hv to display dis value on lcd...
Now why would you do that. Print the integer value, a decimal point and one or more zero...
Somehow, your request does not contain the full information of exactly what you want to do.
because it's 1st April...?
Or because the OP forgot to mention that there is a non-integer scaling factor involved to get from the raw ADC values to a value in SI units, i.e. that every ADC tick may mean 3.17mV or 0.17°C or 1.13mC...
"every ADC tick may mean 3.17mV"
So just do everything in uV: 3.17mV = 3170uV - which is now an integer!
:-)
(or pick some other suitable scaling factor)
BTW: that was an "eg", not an "ie"...
"BTW: that was an "eg", not an "ie"..."
Yes, an error I am commonly guilty of.
My skool always told me that it should be written as e.g.
But I'm no expert at this stuff.
Wikipedia notes that eg = Informal way of writing e.g.
I do like the dots.
Well, my school always told me that initialisms should be uppercase, and with dots; i.e.,
R.A.M., E.E.P.R.O.M., etc
clearly, nobody does that any more these days - so I've also dropped the dots from i.e. and e.g.
Well, that's my excuse - and I'm sticking to it!
