i want to run an application over RTOS(vxworks) in LPC 3180 . is that possible in Phytec lpc 3180 board

VxWorks is a Wind River product - therefore, obviously, you should contact Wind River for VxWorks support.

Similarly, for support on Phytec products, you should contact Phytec.

What does your VxWorks documentation tell you about the requirements for running it? Does the Phytec lpc 3180 board meet those requirements?
